Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using GetFreed's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Services Description

GetFreed provides business consulting services including but not limited to business strategy, digital transformation, change management, and cost optimization. All services are provided on a project-by-project basis with clearly defined scope and deliverables.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary resources to ensure successful project completion. Clients are responsible for implementing recommendations and maintaining business operations.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. All fees must be paid according to the agreed schedule. Late payments may incur additional charges.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the course of business. This obligation extends beyond the termination of services.

Intellectual Property

Deliverables created by GetFreed remain the intellectual property of GetFreed until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as specified in the project agreement.

Limitation of Liability

GetFreed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Termination fees may apply according to the terms of the specific project agreement.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to mediation or arbitration as agreed upon by both parties.
